South Coast Retreat

Beautiful quiet location with amazing water views.We lived our Glamping experience and using the fire pit each night.

Incredible location down by the water, the cabin was fantastic with aircon, comfy bed, great deck overlooking the water and a big tv and very fair prices. Would definitely stay there again!

Very nice place, not luxury but has everything you need. The cabins we stayed in were super clean. Owner is very friendly and quick in response, very approachable. Will come back again.

We have stayed here many times as a family. Everything is always perfect! Dog friendly which is amazing. The holiday house is so great for large families, has a cool teenage retreat and fully fenced yard - great for toddlers!

We stayed in the 3 bedroom house. The furnishings, beds, cleanliness, space and location were exceptional. The views of the surrounding river, featuring boats and pelicans, were stunning and sitting on the balcony watching the scenery was a highlight. The spacious layout and fire pit made for some great entertaining. Another plus was the rumpus room which proved to be a fun space for kids. I would definitely return to stay here again!

South coast retreats was amazing. Clean would be an understatement and the location right next to the water is beautiful not one of the cabins can you not see the water. Anyone wanting to have a get away with or without family definitely don’t look over south coast retreats. 11/10.

We arrived to the most cleanest cabin which has an amazing view. Well equiped clean kitchen. Beautiful bathroom with a shower with decent water pressure. In an excellent location with everything in walking distance. We have already made another booking & we fully recommend the South Coast Retreat for a quick getaway or holiday. My best friend (dog) and I were pleasantly surprised how easy it was to locate South Coast Retreat. We ventured out in search of our mini-break and when we arrived in the midst of darkness we were greeted with a gentle sea breeze on the deck of our cabin. We both let out a huge sigh and all our stress just melted away, with the knowledge (and having sensed) the tranquil water was extremely close by.Our accommodation was perfect in every way. From the pristine clean high thread count sheets and a shawl that honours the sun introduced my relaxation and reminded me that a new day was aborning. All the usual comforts, even a little extra luxury with a rain shower in the bathroom. The branch ornament on the wall authentically resonated with me immediately to respect and honour the land and its connections to naturally create my organic retreat. This isn’t somewhere boastful or pretentious but a space to rest and enjoy,With great anticipation, we were both extremely excited to see a fresh new day and when it arrived, it exceeded our expectations as we were greeted with a spectacular and spiritual sunrise!Thank you Vickie and South Coast Retreat. Words cannot describe my heartfelt appreciation for providing creating a place for us to retreat!

Definitely recommend this place! Our stay this weekend in one of the safari tents was awesome. Easy no contact check in and out. Clean on arrival. Best rain shower ever and bed super comfy. Had the caretaker come by half hour after we got there asking if we wanted a fire that night and set us up with wood. Definitely coming back very soon. So relaxing and peaceful. Thank you

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We particularly liked the gated porch and the immaculate cabin. The view was spectacular. We will most definitely be returning. A lovely place to stay with our dog.
