Terrible customer service. Staff were rude. I was told they could fit my sons hat in if I come straight from school one arvo and they would get it done by end of day so my son would have his hat for school the following day.Head in one arvo and was quite rudely told that they couldnt do it. Asked what day would suit and she just blantly said she couldn't tell me.Will never return, luckly I found somewhere that will fit me in tomorrow arvo.

This is small business at it's best. Providing focus on each customer, their needs and showing an obvious passion in what they do. While I only had a small job for Kim (Belinda I think was the embroiderer and the other lady was lovely...you know who you all are), they saw me as a valuable customer. They gave me advice on how to best fit an unusual embroidered text onto baby clothing.100% happy. Quality 10/10, service 10/10, friendliness 10/10.

Thank you to the team at Ipswich Embroidery. You have gone over and above for the twins today, embroidering their names on their swimming jackets and bags. I was super excited by the workmanship and customer service - over and above, and two little 9 year olds are super happy that their names are emblazoned all over their gear! :-)
