Total hatchet job on my wife's lashes. She has had to get her eyelash extensions removed straight away by another company and will have them redone tomorrow. Stay clear of this business.Edit. My wife expressed her concerns a couple of times but was ignored. Maybe the tears in her eyes as her lashes were pulled out wasn't clear enough.

I came here on the 25/3 and the service I received was quite bad. When I arrived the lady was eating and didn’t sanitise her hands before she started threading my eyebrows and the threading station itself still had a crumpled tissue lying on the station. The quality of the threading was also bad, I still had a lot of stray eyebrow hair that wasn’t removed so had to go home and pluck it out myself. Quite disappointed with the result and won’t be coming back

I was very nervous coming here given mixed reviews, however moved to Coogee and my threading lady that I’ve had for over 5 years is too far away to drive to now. Told Sandeep I was nervous and that I had sensitive skin that cuts easily, which also worried me from previous bad experiences. Sandeep was so gentle, kind and took her time threading my full face. Grateful for a good experience (my skin didn’t pull or cut once + eyebrows maintained even shape) and that I found my new local eyebrow lady! Thank you Sandeep. I highly recommend her!

I have been here a fair few times and it has been great, but the last few times I have gone in the staff have been quiet frustrating.The last three times in a row I have been in to get my eyebrows tinted I asked for light brown as I have very fair skin and red hair. Clearly that did not matter because after being very specific about the LIGHT colour, once it was wiped off and I looked up it was dark brown almost black! (Remember this had happened 3 times!). Even AFTER she had put the tinting on she asked me AGAIN if I wanted dark or light and when I said LIGHT she said “oh well if it’s to dark we can lighten it” and their way of lightening it is literally just wiping off the excess dye. All this as well as every time I go in they constantly ask me if I want threading done and I have to constantly say NO throughout the entire time I am there.Very disappointing as I originally liked going here but will now be going somewhere else.

I used to do my eyebrows there and they normally used to do it go but now every time I go my eyebrows look worst!I went yesterday to do them after letting them grow for a month because the last time I went they did it so thin and got rid of my beautiful thick eyebrows.I was not happy with the result so I went today again because I’m not 100% happy with the results and Monika was there to attend me and she was so rude with me.She didn’t want to help me at all even that I’ve told her I went yesterday there she said there is no prove I did my eyebrows yesterday and she will not help me.I have a signature and a stamp from doing my eyebrows there yesterday.She talked so rude and she was not helpful at all!I used to be a regular customer here but after Monika being so rude and the state of my eyebrows I’m definitely not coming back and I think no one should do their eyebrows there.Horrible service

Had my eye lash extensions done here today. $135 for full set of dramatics for Xmas. Hopefully the last 3-4 weeks. The two ladies there were very friendly. Area with also very clean. Will be going back.So 90% of my lashes have fallen out in three days. Going back today to have them fixed. Will complete this review after this.I understand that sometimes this happen. I have no idea why all the lashes fell out however Amen and another lady handled the situation very professionally and helped settle my baby while my lashes were fixed. Thanks ladies they feel so much stronger and look great!

Have had my eyebrows threaded & tinted here many times- they always do a fantastic job.
