We have used Jim Monger for a variety of plumbing and gas jobs around our place from installing storm water drainage to replacing our gas system. The costs for the jobs we’ve had done have always been significantly better priced than the quotes we’ve received from other franchise plumbers/gas fitters. Jeremy has also been incredibly friendly, punctual and the work done by him and his team has always been top notch. Highly recommended!

Great job done sorting out a leak from the meter to the house. They came at short notice to do a temporary fix, then came back to do the job on the day they had organised.The work done was as discussed and the price was as quoted, so no surprises! Staff were all lovely and professional, with clear communication, and they cleaned up after themselves.This isn't the first time we've used Jim Monger Plumbing and it won't be the last. Highly recommend Jim Mongar Plumbing.Our hot water system decided to pack it in at the most inconvenient time. Jeremy and team arrived Monday morning with new hot water system and all was installed including electricial by mid morning.The service we received was friendly, honest, excellent communication, cost effective and they actual arrive to do job and they do it very well.

Prompt professional service. Ben fixed the leaking seal in my toilet in 30 mins. He cleaned and tidied up afterwards as well. I gulped when I saw the bill - it was an expensive seal! - but so glad to get the issue resolved quickly and efficiently. Would use company again.

Jim and his team of plumbers are professional, qualified, punctual and friendly. Online booking was super easy and so was subsequent communication. Booked in to have them install a very expensive free standing cooktop. He also organised an electrician to come at the same time which saved me heaps of stress of trying to find one myself. Sean (I think that was his name) showed up on time and was very skilful and installing the cooktop. He even provided some cost saving measures and was able to certify a feature on the spot. Very impressed with this service all around and consider Jim Monger my trusted plumber in Victoria Point. Thanks Jim! You are running a great company. Keep it up.

I used the team and Jim Monger to fit a new Gas regulator fo9r me, Call was answered straight away and visit organised very quickly. work done well without fuss.
