I will never recommend this company. If they returned a call that alone would be a miracle. We still have incorrect blower, misaligned spa cover, two colors in grout, ineffective spa jets, non working light, no hand over instructions, and no after sales service at all. Built the seat to high, built the skimmer to low, left us to complete the plumbing and electrical!!! Caleb was smooth and charming but seems to have simply run away before completion and refuses to return even a phone call, text or email.

The team at Boutique are awesome, they were great to bounce ideas with and came up with the perfect design. They were professional, quick to deal with and delivered on everything they promised. I can highly recommend them.

Boutique Pools did the impossible for us. They arranged council agreement in sydney's notoriously cramped inner west and delivered a show stopping pool and separate spa inside a small back yard. The use of acrylic viewing window on both the pool and spa is spectacular. We really enjoyed working with Caleb and the team for what was a quick and well managed job with breathtaking results. Our family couldn't love the pool more (it even cleans itself!)

2009 is when our pool was built and we still love it. from design through to hand over building with boutique pools was to say the least a pleasure. consulting us through our many variations on the design and build Caleb couldn't have been more accomodating. Educating us throughout the build and helping us to see the benefits of the paramount infloor cleaning system (with our busy schedule it makes our lives that little bit easier, a must have with every pool as far as we are concerned) and helping us to see the health benefits of a magnapool system. Our pool was fully tiled with bluestone which is still as perfect as the day it was installed. We could not be more happy with our pool and we definitely recommend boutique pools to anyone, we will be definitely using them again on our next swimming pool project.

I was shocked at how I was dealt with with my phone inquiry. So rude, so busy, I was shocked. If this is how they treat a potential client then I rather go somewhere that my business is appreciated.

Caleb built our pool in 2011 and managed to get the most amazing pool into a very small side yard which has transformed the home.Whatever problem arose it was overcome with doing whatever was needed with no issues. Brilliant ideas and plans and executes every bit of work to the highest standard. Extremely pleased with our finished pool and decking.
