Forever Nails and beauty

I went to Forever nails today and was so disappointed. I went with a friend and we both asked for the same -pedicure with shellac. Mine was finished in less than 15 minutes with no attention to detail and the lady was very rude. She did not allow the shellac timer to run for the full time and it is likely I have paid $50 for this to come off within a week. So disappointed - if you’re after $50 quality I’d go elsewhere because for the service I received today I’d pay no more then $15

They nails were decent. But the service was great and price was $40 for a shellac manicure, which is not bad.

Worst place ever. I will never do my nails here again, very bad costumer service and the staffs are way too rude.. the nail tech was so rude to me and she did the worst full sets, she was putting the acetone solution in my whole top finger and the way she talk with me .. hate her now.

Rude lady, didn’t do manicure while I was asking for full set plus manicure and pedicure. Wrong shape, she makes it too tiny. Very rough when doing my nails, it was painful. When I confront about not getting manicure, she was angry and rude instead of apologise. She was wearing white tshirt and she have no manner.The worst experience ever. Will never come back. Chanail and Freshnails did much better job that’s why they are always busy. Please everyone don’t waste your money here.They charge 65 for my hand nails without doing manicure and clean it properly.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I went to this place to get my nails done and when I told them I’m not happy, the ladies were speaking about me in another language and laughing, ignoring me when I asked them to please fix it nicely and said I’m not trying to be rude, they lied and said they spend 1.5 hours on my nails when I got there at 9:30 and finished my nails by 10:05. Boss was rude also said if I wanted them fixed she was charging me $150, the services I got was full set and shellac and shellac on toes, no pedicure. The lady that seems to be in charge started raising her voice in another language with a full salon and everyone was looking at me, it was so embarrassing. The photos speak for itself, will not attend ever again or recommend. Focus on fixing your business you have horrible reviews.

I came in for a pedicure today and ended up with the worst job on my nails. Blotchy as !! The girl was so rude and couldn’t even look at me as I spoke. Also you are using nail polishes that are dried out and old. I will be coming in for a refund $ tomorrow. Disgusting service

I cannot even give this salon one star by far the worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. Half way through getting my nails done the lady informed me the colour we chose was too light I therefore replied no problem you can choose a darker shade for me she then threw the nail colours down stormed off and started another client I sat there stunned I asked the owner if she was going to finish as sns was still wet. He finally found another staff member who sat down and was even ruder I explained and told her I hadn’t complained. and she rudely informed me that the other girl did not want to finish my nails. She rolled her eyes at me and shot me daggers and spoke in Vietnamese about me to her workmates while she finished at this point my little girl was visibly upset by their behaviour and I just wanted to leave. my nails are also smudged in places but I will not even go back to fix it disgusting customer service.

I wish there was a zero star rating as they don’t deserve one.I went there for a full set of acrylic nails, the person I booked ran over two hours late, no apologies at all. The result was a disaster as I experienced significant lifting within a day.I had to go to another salon not close by but highly recommended to have them fixed.Months later I went a second time and the girl who did my nails had a bad attitude, made them way too short and did not listen to any of my instructions. In fact she was really rude and dismissive.I was very disappointed with the results and that I bothered to give them a second chance.The girls there are not at all friendly or accommodating. The owner clearly could care less about the staff and the poor reviews.I will never return and I don’t recommend this salon to anyone.

I have been coming here for more than 7 years and will not be returning!Most of the staff used to be really friendly but now they are extremely rude, roll their eyes at you, rush and pull your hands and just have a disgusting look on their faces!The last two times I came here, I was given the same lady and the entire time she was annoyed that she had to do my nails.She was rolling her eyes throughout the entire service and cut my finger.I came in on Thursday evening wanting perfect nails for an upcoming event and asked Lee (who was sitting around with her feet up on the table and not with a client) if she could kindly do my nails and her aggressive response was “NO”! “someone else will do for you” and took in two clients after me. I was then given the same lady who cut my finger so I refused to do my nails here.As a client of many years, even a smile or a “how are you today” would be nice. I was coming every 3 weeks.To the owners: you really need to discipline your staff or your business will NOT survive. If you truly care anyway. Look around and see what is happening.I’m actually glad this happened because I went to another salon and was treated with so much more respect so my family and friends will be going there from now on.

Pretty good/average salon. I got shellac pedicure and the staff were very polite, quick, efficient and also made sure that my nails looked nearly perfect. Prices are average, $50 to remove shellac and also get new shellac pedicure. Pretty happy with the results!
