I own a four-bed, two bath house - but my adult son lives in it with 30 plus guitars and piano, running his business from there...so renting is a lifestyle choice - the house will eventually be his anyway. I have moved a lot as my needs changed, dealing with many agencies, but Camerons is the most efficient and effective of the lot - I mean way, way above average. I am so glad that this is so, because this time I am staying put for the foreseeable future in a well-maintained and beautifully presented rental managed by Camerons and in an area I love. Penny makes renting a pleasure.

Penny made everything about applying, viewing, approval and moving in to my new rental house a friendly, pleasant and respectful experience. She is incredibly responsive to emails and texts, no matter what time of day or night. Completely online processes are a welcome contrast to the normal difficulties of needing to take time off work to go to an office to sign endless documents. This is 21st century real estate management. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Camerons of Mittagong.

During an extremely difficult time in the rental market, Penny helped us not only find a house, but our dream home. She negotiated a generous agreement and made the entire process smooth and completely stress free. Not only was she understanding of our situation, she went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. An agency that genuinely puts the tenants first makes a huge difference to the overall experience, and that is exactly what Cameron's has provided us. Amazing service and amazing staff.

Update: Penny is by far the best agent I have ever dealt with in over 20 years of renting.
