Myer Carpet Cleaning

I have used the wonderful services of Myer twice now and they never disappoint. Eddie is a magician! He will always be my first call for staining and cleaning :)Also, the online booking system is so helpful. The entire process is super seamless.

I am trying to find out why I was quoted $35 for one room in the online booking and also in the email confirmation and then charge $120. I haven't had a response as yet. Eddie advised that this was the 'minimum' charge as I waived my card over the efpos machine, but this did not appear anywhere on the booking online or the email confirmation.

Always nice to have Myer Carpet Cleaning, Eddie in our case, came and cleaned various fabrics on chairs, beds and tapestries in our antiques shop. Our customers sometimes want the original tapestries and fabrics and if they can be cleaned, they look amazing afterwards, and if Eddie is not sure it will clean up properly, he will tell us straight, but always tries anyway. Good to work with.

My whole experience from begining to end with Myer Carpet Cleaning was so easy. I was able to book online for a time that suited my schedule, the administration team were helpful and sent out useful notifications regarding our appointment. Eddie (who was our cleaner on the day) turned up punctualy ready to go in a well presented van and was personally well presented himself. Which is something I've had a poor experience with in the past with other carpet cleaners. Eddie was was polite and just a generally super friendly guy. He took great care with our belongings when he had to move something or clean around it. He was INCREDIBLY efficient. Everything was cleaned really really well in very short space of time which meant a minimal impact to our work from home environment. I would absolutely recomend Eddie and Myer to others and I will be using them again for my own cleaning in the future. Thanks Myer Team

***For some reason the images are not posting in order, or with comments, so basically, the ones with stains are the 'befores' and the ones with no stains are the 'afters' ....obviously!***REVIEWI was seriously so doubtful that Myer (or anyone) could get the stains out of our gorgeous wool rug. We got it a year ago and of course, our dog had to throw up on it to show it who's boss. Then, the usual high traffic walk on it combined with a massive hot chocolate spill on it a week ago, causing us to book them in. I swore we'd never buy an expensive rug again as there was no way these stains were coming out.I even asked a million questions over the phone when booking in, like 'what if the stains don't come out?' and 'will there be issues afterwards if the cleaner says he can get the stains out but he doesn't, etc. I was assured it will be fine.OUR RUG IS BRAND NEW AGAIN! Not a single sign of a stain ever being there. So stoked! Highly recommend MYER Cleaning

Eddie is a magician and miracle worker. I rang him and he was able to do the job the next day. My carpet was badly stained from grubby smoker renters who did not vacuum or clean for 5 years and then left without cleaning up so I thought the carpet would never be able to be cleaned and would need to be replaced. Eddie cleaned it with his powerful truck mounted steam cleaner and long time experience at a great price. I will be definitely telling all my tenants to use Eddie and I will use Eddie again.
