Pear Tree Florist

I put through an order really last minute as the florists local to me didn't recieve product. Not only am I thrilled to have even gotten flowers this weekend they were so beautiful and so much more value than what other places were offering at this time, I understand flower expenses are high during this time but every thing was seasonal and local flowers from Wa which made it more special to say they were Australian blooms! Thank you to these ladies I know this weekend would have been crazy with Mothersday orders so thank you so much for fitting my order in I know perth were all sold out and flowers were exhausting to source. Will be ordering from u again soon!

Would rate zero if it was an option!!!My wife was made wait 6 hours to receive a delivery of flowers that I tried to send for our wedding anniversary, only to still have not received them at 6:30pm! When I tried to cancel, I was referred to a closed call centre in Sydney; no interest shown in helping me to avoid ruining our night. Will never use again! Avoid at all costs!

I've been using pear tree florist for a couple of years now to send flowers to my Nanna on every special occasion through the year and they never fail to amaze me with their different designs and creativity. Highly recommend Pear Tree Florist

Asked for florists choice in a bright bunch as I knew many flowers wouldnt be available due to COVID, what was delivered was lackluster and the arrangement just looked odd (more greenery than flowers and poorly designed in my opionion) florist called the next day as they mistook me for a different order that was lost. Took the opportunity to feed back that my actual delivery did not seem what I paid for, to which she basically told me it probably wasnt but due to many other excuses and everyone elses fault, it is what it is. I wouldnt have taken it further, but this answer really bothered me as she confirmed others have complained about not receiving the value paod for.*Edit: They contacted via voicemail as I was busy & threatened legal action if I dont remove my review.. so less impressed than my origial discontent. To clarify, the value may have been there, hard for me to know. She explained she may not have been clear in her explanation. Also possible and could understand this. It was not to the standard I expected from them and a simple acknowledgment of my feedback would have sufficed however the response I got is what prompted the review. I will not remove my review nor do I recommend a company that threatens or bullies people. Unnecessary escalation of the situation and have dropped my rating further because of this.
