MAX Sunshine – Employment | Health | Learning

Noones ever at their desk. Reception answering the phone becomes your consultant fill in. Everyone is either on a call or at lunch. Have been a client to a couple other max employments as I've move frequently, and sunshine is by far the worst.

I have really good feedback for Max Employment - Sunshine. Amazing team, very helpful! I started off at Max Employment in Collin Street (had issues there) but eventually I asked to go to Sunshine instead because of my previous experience with them. After awhile I ended up finding work due to their help! Give big shout outs to Amy and another Women who just came back from maternity leave (forgot your name) xdon't listen to the other reviews! if you want to get help from them, my tip is to come in with a good mind set that you're determined to find work and they will help you! don't give them excuses because they will know!

HORRIBLE!!!!!! They never see you at your appointment time and make you wait 20-30 minutes over your appointment time just to tell you to “fix” your resume. Once you have “fixed” the resume, they lady is not happy with it therefore you spend half of your day sitting there trying to work it out with no explanation from them. Very rude staff members who treat you very poorly never go here!

Very useless and hopeless staff. As far as they care you are names against account numbers. Don’t let them fool you with flashy offices and call centres. At the end of the day Unemployment is a big issue in this country and Organisation like this are only there to dial it down by creating buffers and false promises! You better off finding work through networking and personal endeavours!

Depending on who you get as a caseworker they are generally unprofessional and judgemental without really getting to know you as person. Some of them automatically expect you to know a computer properly even though though you left school in the 80s and internetand there were no computers then. Anyway im so glad i don't have to put uo with them anymore.

Everyone there has the best intentions, but intentions, expectations and reality don't always match. Some areas leave a bit to be desired, but further improvement and understanding of Clients' needs would go a long way.

For my first ever appointment I showed up nice and early only to be told to go straight to the computer (at this point I had no idea what I was doing I was given no instruction and as this was my first time I was very confused). 20 minutes over my appointment time I was finally seen by a lady named Holly. The moment she came up to me she had a horribly rude tone, Saying some pretty rude things. She then went and looked at my resume (for some reason it came up as an empty document) which she blamed me for, I repeated that I don’t understand why it was blank. She then finally told me to get my resume re-uploaded. As I did that, she came back and I explained that it still came up as a blank page and I yet again I didn’t understand why. She then rudely asked me to look at the document which I had saved, which showed a full resume. This appointment made me feel so horrible, she brought me to tears when all I was doing was the right thing or what I thought was the right thing. Never once was I rude or imcompliant with her requests. I would not suggest anyone go here.

Rebecca is super cool and very helpful! So is melanie amy barbara and roger these stars are only for them. i greatly appreciate just dealing with them in general very respectfull and great at there jobs!

Ever since I met Amy Liu, my life has changed. She goes above and beyond to ensure you get what you deserve and tries her hardest for you. She even checks in on you after she's finished just to make sure everything is OK.
