Nice looking cafe with friendly, helpful and yet disorganised staff. My partner and I ordered a crispy chicken burger, fresh roast meat roll and gravy and a side of chips. The chicken burger promised crispy chicken with salad, cheese and mayo; there was no cheese or mayo in mine which made it quite bland. The chicken itself was rock hard and nearly broke plate when i dropped it on it, finally, the chicken was cut in half (normal) and also sliced into strips... im not sure why it was, but it made eating the burger a whole lot harder as it would fall out every time i try to bite it. The roast meat roll sounded good and looked okay; the meat was succulent and the gravy was good. Only problem was the bread roll was cold and almost damp and the meat was lukewarm at best. It really put a dampener on the meal. Finally, the chips. The chips were good; not burnt and not soggy. They only lacked flavour due to a lack of seasoning... had to put some table salt on it myself. I know that seasoning isnt the worst to leave off, but again, it ruined the dish for us. Overall, the cafe looks nice and the staff are friendly, yet disorganised. The food, however, is the problem. I understand why they have signs offering a $2 voucher if you rate 5 stars now. It all makes sense.

Absolutley disgusted after getting a cup of tea today by a young girl and how going back to the kitchen using bad language which could be clearly heard in the sitting area im surprised this cafe still has a clientele.
