Had a very relaxing Hydra Facial with Lily. My skin was very rough and dehydrated after a long flight - it feels soft and amazing now! Very friendly staff, great advice and beautiful salon. Already have my next facial and massage booked in!

Staff and service are wonderful, place is small but clean and well equipped. The only snag is that they don't have a bathroom.Update 22/6/19 - I'm really sad to have to change my previous 5 star rating to 3. I went for a Brazilian wax a few months ago and the new beautician used the wrong wax on me which caused significant pain and my skin peeled for days afterwards. I spoke to a more senior beautician later to express my dissatisfaction and she was very understanding and offered a complimentary wax, so i did not change my review thinking it was a one off event and it was a trainee after all. Today i was due to have a wax at 11am and this new person had taken the appointment, i specifically remember her name. It turns out the appointment does not exist. Booking an appointment in is a very basic function and i am extremely annoyed. This is the second time my appointment has been lost" but i don't remember who booked it the previous time. I have been a client for 3.5 years and am now thinking of going elsewhere which is really sad because Annie

Visited the Castle Hill salon for an eyebrow wax and spray tan before a friends wedding. My therapist was an eyebrow perfectionist! Honestly was the best spray tan I’ve ever had! Thank you so much, I had so many compliments!
