0 stars if I could.The polish on my fingernails had completely peeled of all nails by the next day. The girl on the register was extremely rude and refused to let me have them redone as they were not under warranty. This was never discussed with me so came as a shock. Also have you noticed that you can’t purchase the same polish colour when you have finished? What a con! I am never going back and would not recommend it mainly because of the rude girl on the desk.I have just read the reviews and there are a lot of very poor ones. It’s not just me who found it an unpleasant and even upsetting experience.

Couldn't recommend this place enough! Best pedicure I have ever had. I had Chris and she was amazing. The ladies were lovely and didn't rush you. Reasonably priced too. Did a fantastic job!

I visited la beauty day spa on the Weekend for a brow lamination and tint. From the moment I stepped into the store I was greeted with the most amazing customer service. Each staff member that I encountered was so friendly with a big smile on their face, so welcoming and helpful. Not to mention how incredible my brows looked. I will definitely be back. Thank you lovely ladies from la beauty day spa, I had such an amazing experience at your salon!!

Really enjoyed good service in La Beauty Pacfair. My husband and I had remedial massage and foot treatment with nails polish. The massage therapist from Thai did great job. My husband had neck and shoulder and lower back pain for a while, really got improved after massage. Both of us also did foot treatment with nail polish, it was really comfortable with affordable price. Highly recommend.

The best nail salon in pacfair, they’re always so nice and friendly. Prices are very good unlike other salons! Definitely recommend!!

I got gel extensions done here for formal and the quality of these nails are amazing. It's been 3 weeks since i first got them done and all the gem are still. The staff were very catering and flexible in finding the desired look I wanted for my nails. The best nail salon I've been to on the Gold Coast, highly suggest going here.

The ladies were able to fit me in as a walk in. The 2 staff that done my pedicure and manicure were lovely, friendly and both done a great job.I did notice that the lady next to me once she had finished her pedicure and left the staff didn’t clean the foot basin and another customer came and had her pedicure done right away. This isn’t Australian beauty standards and this is something they should rectify immediately. I would use these facilities again but only after I see them clean the basin first.

I was a walk in for a gel mani/pedi today, they fit me in straight away even though they were busy, which is amazing for a Saturday. I had 2 girls working with me, one on my toes and one on my hand and was out within 50 minutes with beautiful results. Affordable, timely and quality nails! Thank you so much ladies, I will be back.
