Excellent company, definitely recommended. As a homeowner, I had a water leak from my outdoor gas water heater on Sunday evening, and even though it was a non-working day, Michelle was responsive over texts to suggest reasons/options and how to stop the leak. Plumber visit for a fix was booked for the very next day and was promptly attended to, with courteous staff and a clean job. Well priced too. The payment was invoiced without the plumber having to wait on my head to complete the payment on the spot, unlike my previous plumbing company who I'll not be using anymore. I was even offered a letter for the utility provider in case the bill was excessive due to the leak.Extremely happy as a customer with the entire experience, have saved their details, and would definitely use them again and recommend to others. Ones and Twos Plumbing was great to work with. They came and checked out our old Evaporative cooler unit and gave us advice about what unit to replace it with. They were on time, did a great job in removing and replacing the unit with a new one and everything went to plan. I will definitely use them again in future for any plumbing work.

I got services from them for stove fitting. I really liked the professionalism and communication from the team. Michelle is really helpful and willing to give the honest and right advise.She even went out of the way to explain the work that needs to be done which was bit too technical for me.I would recommend them for all the plumbing needs.
