What do you call a house with no useable door? A Glenvill death trap house. We have been our house 10 months and cannot open our front door. Apart from that and the painting done by two year old, plastering by 3 year old with play doh, a building supervisor who used our trades people to build his own home firstWould not recommend them to put together a plastic pre cut kiddy house.We rate them 0 out of 100

The houses that Glenvill builds and the staff that they hire have one thing in common - they are amazing.We have had the pleasure of working together with our design manager Dafir on achieving our dream home and he has gone above and beyond our expectations to achieve what we believe is a perfect fit for our young growing family.I am hopeless at reading floor plans, but seeing the work that their architect draws up is really something special. You will not find the quality of Anthony’s work just anywhere and I feel very lucky to have witnessed what he drew up for us as it made the picture of our future house much more realistic.Special mention to Aaron Dowers who’s professionalism and knowledge of the building industry is second to none. He provided us with his honest opinions whether or not they clashed with our views and that is something very few possess in this field as most sales managers would only tell you what you want to hear.Besides the premium and luxury finishes of every Glenvill home, it was the experience we had with these guys that gave us the confidence that we have the best team to make our dreams come true.Thank you

To the responsible customer service department of Glenvill home,You are reading this because I have no other way of reaching a solution for my builder guarantee claim so I hope this review gets to Glenvills right department to finalize my claim. We purchased a newly built Glenvill home since 12 Dec and has not been able to live in it since the AC was faulty and it has been scorching hot in Melbourne. On hot days we have to stay in Airbnb as the house was not livable. Alisha from Glenvill maintenance team would not guarantee that the problem will be addressed anytime soon as she said cooling is not essential to habitable condition. Yes it actually is Alisha when the house is feeling like an 40 degrees oven when it is 30 outside. We paid a hefty mortgage for a brand new home and have been living in and out of suitcases at Airbnb houses with a 5 month old baby at over $200/day. I am at my wit's end and our next step will be involving further media, ombudsman and a legal process to rectify Glenvill's post built negligent and poor customer care.RegardsMs NguyenRavello ave, Berwick

6 years of ongoing struggles for multiple owners of apartments in a Glenvill built complex. Balconies leaking into bedrooms due to faulty drainage systems and waterproofing membrane which wasn't applied correctly. These problems occurred within 2 months of taking ownership and have recurred many times for many owners over 6 years.Every time they say they have fixed the issue, it pops back up again a few months later.They also found a loophole to say that their 7 year liability period is over, despite the fact the building wasn't handed over to owners until June/July 2016.Do not trust this company.

We build our house with Glenvill and look how unprofessional job they did in our backyard. No reply from them please who ever investing their hard earned money to build new house look for other reputed builder. Now plz don’t say u can’t find us in ur data system.

I would definitely chose Glenvill again to build a house for me. If you can complete a project successfully during a pandemic, a supply chain crisis, a major skills shortage, all while not going under, then you must be doing something right.

What a waste of our time and resources with Glenvill. They have no empathy or sentimental value for people who invest their lifetime savings on their Newhome. Our Agent (also a friend of my husband) referred Glenviell to us ,gave us great feedback on them. But unfortunately we are just heartbroken with what we have received.The landscaping makes me cry, within few days of our settlement the backyard lawn is dry/dead .They do not take responsibility to what they do. I wouldn't recommend Glenvill even to my worst enemy . If you don't want to suffer like we are ,simply run away from Glenvill homes.S
