Liquorland Bribie Island Hotel Barn

Very poor choice, for the size of the shop you would think they would have a better selection.Staff are great and have tried to get a larger selection in but head office does nothing.Get your alcohol before you come to bribie island is my advice.

I will not purchase from this shop again. We looked up the cost of Peroni on their ‘ Liquorland Bribie Island Hotel Barn’ web site and it was $50 a case. In the shop we were told they were not Liquorland but something different and the the cost was $61. We pointed out the huge Liquorland sign above the door and was once again told they were a different organisation. Unfortunately we didn’t get the name of the sales person but he was very rude and surly. We crossed over to the Liquorland beside Woolies and they had Peroni for $50 on special no problem. This business needs to honour their advertising or remove the enormous Liquorland from the front of their business.

I did a click and collect order online. I arrived an hour later to be told an item in the order was unavailable and my whole order had been cancelled. I was happy to have the item removed, yet was told it couldn't be fixed in store and had to go home and ring their help line. That was a poor experience in itself. After about 2 hours I was able to return to the store and collect the original order without the out of stock item. Unbelievable. The customer pays the price for poor policies and procedures. No thought about the customer just getting an amended order with a refund adjustment. Sorry Liquorland you blew it big time. I won't be back. How about empowering your staff to fix problems on the spot, so they can grow the business and create happy customer experiences.

For years I was buying RADEBERGER beer from this shop. Last week I was told after they had no stocks, to come back the following week. which I did today. Today I was told that they do not stock RADEBERGER any more. With this attitude I decided after having been for years a loyal customer buying all my wine. beer and spirits there to switch to an other liquor chain.
