Its OK, don't order anything like a smoothie. If it doesn't come from the oven or straight out of fridge it becomes and issue

Kostadin the manager was very good at addressing my issues with the online ordering system and confusion with the ordering system instore with vouchers. He is kind and calm and good customer service . I have been a long time customer and will continue to be a customer of this store for a long time.

Pizza and Churros, fresh, hot and tasty when they arrived, family really enjoyed it. But I would really like to compliment you on your choice of delivery staff. The young lady called as soon as she arrive, delivered our order and was just a nice person. This is not the first time my wife and I have received this service, so keep up the great work and thanks again!

We order from here often but tonight i might as well have ordered a cheese pizza as there was so little topping. Not happy really. 3 stars because it was quick.

Very good delivery service. Always comes in time!Creation of the pizza itself is terrible. They always get the toppings wrong.Today I ordered 2x extra cheese. So in theory that's 3x cheese total. Well, I received a pizza with less than normal amount of cheese. It looked like 1/2 cheese. Some people would say there was no cheese.This has happened 4 times in the past month. I'll give it one more try before I write them off as a bad franchisee, who is trying to save money on cutting the cheese short?

After a miscommunication on the phone followed by an incorrect order received, Kosta was very prompt and helpful with sorting the issue out.I would trust that I shouldn't have to check my order before leaving the store so my fault on that part.No hesitation to return to this store nor recommend it as it's always friendly service.Much appreciate the effort and reconciliation!

Domino’s Pizza Cronulla
The pizza was cold, as usual, and was missing the peri peri sauce so it was very dry. We have nothing but problems every time we order from this place, whether it be the pizza being cold, which it always is when delivered by bike, ingredients missing or wrong ingredients. Our order is right probably two out of every ten orders, although it’s always cold, so we’re done with Domino’s.

All Domino's should be the same, right? Not so. For some reason the service was quicker, the server was friendly and actually came out from behind the counter. The toppings were generous. What was a rushed meal turned out to be a very good experience.
