Awesome Gym. Loads of space (easily the biggest in town) Great staff. 24 hour access. Outdoor training area. Hard to beat!

Really poor gym. Classes are very inconsistent, no fresh water station and the management was quite rude. Telling young girls to cover up thier body so that other people feel better about themselves is really inappropriate. I won’t be going back. They used to be a lot better but they’ve let themselves go. Less than 1 star from me

Great gym and fitness club. Staff are always friendly and helpful.Always clean and tidy.Wide variety of machines and free weights for training.Love the hydrotherapy pool - has been fantastic for my little girls rehab.

Great gym to workout at, always helpful. Having a Hydro Pool is a bonus. Also very Family Orientated. Workout plans/classes for all ages...
