Just been to the sorell store, was wanting a tuna wrap but the tuna looked old and nearly all gone so I asked for some fresh tuna and was told it would take at least 10 minutes to make it up this has now happened twice, I was a manager at subway I know how it works, very disappointing

What, a subway without a customer toilet. Since when have you had to pay extra for beetroot. It was very quiet in there yet service was really slow. The chicken in my buffalo chicken sub was cold. Is this what I can expect from subway in Australia. I hope not

Was ok. Salad bar didn't look overly appetising and venue in general was looking a little tired. Due for renovation and a bit of freshening up to match their Eat Fresh" motto. Good size venue and with a little money spent to modernise would be a good option for lunch if your into subway that is."

Sorell Subway was neat and tidy with a lovely atmosphere, the sandwiches where made quickly but very well ans wonderful flavours.

Asked for a seafood and salad roll. Sorry we don't do seafood extender anymore. So my son gets me a tuna roll. Most disgusting roll I've ever had. Not fresh at all. Pick up your act subway sorell

Straight up stole my money. Ordered through the app and went to get it and arrived to the note in the picture. No food, no refund, no contact after leaving a complaint.I get that staff shortages happen, but why was the order accepted? Why wasn’t the order canceled? And why am I being ignored?
