Singh's Tyre & Auto Centre - Repco Authorised Car Service

I have used Singh's Tyre & Auto for my Toyota (2011 model) since 2015 as the sole service provider for the car. They always do great service and a through job on reactive maintenance. Their proactive maintenance process is remarkable in that we get to talk about risk profile associated with an arising issue then amicably agree on when best to schedule for the fix without me, the customer, being pushed into non-urgent repairs. My Toyota has never given me any problems for the whole period that it's been under their scheduled maintenance.

I had very bad experience. I booked my appointment for RWC. It was almost the new car and nothing was damaged and got import from overseas. Here in Australia, custom/inspections/ engineering (VASS cert.) all were done nicely. However, the mechanic couldn’t find any fault in the car as it was new, but later he said that the wipers are not cleaning the glass properly and not up-to the standard, whereas those wipers were inbuilt in Nissan(that was funny though) so need to change it and will cost $40. I was OK with that as I didn’t have any other option, then he said the wipers doesn’t match with the current wipers so need to change the whole blades and the charge was $120. I was OK with that again as I said earlier I had no option. But after completing task I asked him to return the inbuilt wipers. Today, I went to the other mechanic and he said these are original (THE OLD WIPERS) and nothing went wrong with it as the car is in the perfect condition. So, my advise for those who are looking for the auto mechanics, please go somewhere else but not to them. They are literally in money making business and try to find something where they can make easy money.

I put my car in for a roadworthy and was quoted a price for the problems that needed attention after an inspection.When l picked my car up today, there was one thing that l was quoted, that wasn't required, sohe reduced the price accordingly.I appreciated Sam being honest as l am sure that some mechanics out there,would have charged me regardless of whether they had carried out that particular part of the job or not.Thanks Sam for being efficient, punctual and honest.Singhs Tyre and Auto also had the cheapest quote for a Roadworthy.

Outstanding business, with semi immediate action on my vehicle. The friendly and professional staff completed my roadworthy inspection test 1 and then after discussion attended to minor issues I just didn’t have time to complete myself to clear for test 2, mind you achieving this before the week was up.. Such a piece of mind feeling since I needed the car up and running ASAP!Great job fellas - see you next time…If you are after professional work and service @ affordable prices give the guys @ Singhs tyre & auto a holla, you won’t regret it.

Very happy with this place. Staff is kind and professional and accomodating to my needs. Best thing is they communicated well with timing and when they said they’d be done, they were, very reliable. Highly recommend.

I had Roadworthy certificate from Singh's Tyre and auto for my Lexus RX450H and Sam did amazing job. He gave me appointment on the same day and provided me with the rwc. The cost for rwc was 220$. Thanks again Sam for the service provided.
