Genuine customer service coupled with impeccable craftsmanship is as good as meeting a unicorn, as wonderful as the idea is, it simply doesn’t exist. However in @nicholasdesigntyabb, I have found that unicorn! Charlie was beyond amazing from the moment I made contact to the finished product. I felt heard, I felt care and I trusted immediately as I could see they knew exactly what they were doing. I spent a ridiculous amount purchasing the linen sofa I loved from Globe West which has been endless amounts of disappointment. I experienced abysmal after purchase care as a customer. The quality of the sofa was no better. A sofa, the item that is used all day everyday became the bane of my existence. Nicholas Design came as a recommendation from a friend and I am beyond grateful to Charlie for restoring my sofa to a state that is 100 times better than when it was delivered to me by Globe West not even 2 years ago. Cannot highly reccomended these professionals any more.
