On entre to room there was a sign that informed clients that it is $15 extra if you sleep in the single bed . On booking the room they new there was 3 of us so unsure were they thought the 3rd person was sleeping . Also no towel ,For the 3rd person lucky we had towels with us. There was no face washers or hand town to dry your hands . The room was very old the air-conditioning turned on but didn't work on leaving the room the next day we couldn't turn the air con off .I would not recommend this motel to anyone and would never stay there again blinds didn't shut properly, no milk or cold water in fridge nor was it a queen bed it was a double bed.

Great staff, friendly people and good meals. We were able to use the facilities in the busy fully occupied campground. Clean and well maintained and full of friendly visitors enjoying their stay.

It was beautiful the rooms were clean and the beds were made. The air-conditioning really cooled down the hot weather and so did the pool the pool was very clean. The food was very delicious I would recommend the butter chicken. I can't wait to visit again.

It was a really nice room, good size, I had a really nice and comfortable night.

Tidy motel on the edge of Kadina, big rooms and a pool for the kids. Indian Restaurant on site, food is good.

I stayed here last week, with Mark Bakker who has reviewed his experienceI can verify Mark’s story that he had been bitten by bed bugs in room 10, and moved to another room, another work colleague who stayed in this room prior to Mark staying in there, was bitten by bed bugs also he moved out, saying I’m not staying there ever againManagement assured our company that they had pest control treat room 10, but with Marks experience I highly doubt itI stayed in room 6 which I noticed had a mouse issue in the room also, a disturbing fact was they rented room 10 out to people after Mark had been bitten by bed bugsGrotty Joint, chasing coin, not hygieneDisappointing

Navi was so lovely on the phone when I explained our situation and was able sort out a solution for us. Staff was really friendly. The room was very spacious and clean, but the level of hospitality and food in the kitchen was the most memorable thing about our stay. THAT WAS A NICE STAY. EVERYONE SHOULD PAY A VISIT THERE.

The staff are friendly enough. I have stayed here through work and in one room, the blanket was presented with food stains. Clearly not washed.Knowing that one of the rooms had bed bugs, I was offered said room as there weren't any others available the following week. I asked if this room had been treated and cleaned properly. Management told me it had.Next day, yep bed bug bites all over me.After informing management about this problem, they gave me another room. I noticed that the infested room had been rented out the next night.Pure cost cutting and laziness.OH THE RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER WAS B.S. WE HAVE AN JNTERNAL EMAIL REGARDING THE BED BUG BITES TO BOTH MYSELF AND WORK MATE. IM HAPPY TO SHOW THE PHOTOS OF THE BITES.I WASN'T GOING TO MENTION WHICH ROOM, BUT ROOM 10 HAD THE BED BUGS.SO NICE TRY, BUT THERE IS DEFINITELY A PROBLEM AT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT.

Worst hotel experience I've ever had. To start with I had to wait 20 mins for staff to come to the reception to check us in after ringing the bell and calling numerous times. Room had a VERY strong gross smell to it, people being loud at all times at night and owners didn't seem to care, beds are very uncomfortable,'do not' signs everywhere in the room and outside which is not very welcoming at all. Staff opened the pool on a freezing rainy morning at 7am so kids could scream right outside our room. Also saw what I assume was a manager walking past rooms looking into windows at night. Stayed with my mum and was only allowed to sleep in 1 of 2 beds otherwise there was a surcharge even though we paid for an extra person. Very disappointed with our stay, will not be back or recommending this hotel to anyone

Great rooms and friendly staff would recommend to anyone traveling this way to stay here
