Very rude staff - Angel - on her name tag -On Sunday 29/01/23 at register -3 asked me to place the beef packet in the fridge which someone left at the counter. I feel its not a good customer service.I usually go for my weekly grocery shopping to the same place. This is my first bad experience faced from a least mannered staff. Feeling really annoyed and disappointed..

I cannot give Redbank Coles any more than 2 stars I think they don't deserve it as many times when I go there to buy things I have to go to other stores it's really annoying as I live in Riverview and have to go to Ipswich and now I just go to Ipswich to shop where I can get my products a lot better service to

They weren't willing to help me with heavy items. As I have a back problem, the ladies said that the girls are not allowed to lift anything.What a load of BULL. I had to ask a customer to lift a couple of heavy items ➕️ I ask people in the car park for help. Won't be going back. Nasty people

8.45pm they shut the self service. Then they run ONE checkout that ALSO services smokers. Second time I've seen them do this. Took me 15 mins to get thru checkout and to car 9.03pm. do yourself a favour, avoid them, they have no common sense

I use to shop here all the time but after today being told I can't get a trolley unless I'm specifically shopping at Coles first is ridiculous. I was going to Aldi to get the couple things I can't get at coles and then I would of been back at coles. Not only that but raising your voice at me infront of my child who still doesn't comprehend why 'the man' wouldn't just give us a trolley so we could get food". Absolutely disgusting. I didn't see his name badge as I was too taken a back by him grabbing my trolley abruptly as I went to walk past him. 11/02/2023 around 1.30pm. Coles you need to address this. There another few people around me who he treated rudely as well. Poor show. I think I'll just go to aldi from now on

One of the worst Coles stores. The shelves are always half empty, the place is untidy, the staff nearly always look like they don't want to be there and I've witnessed theft more often than not which no staff member want to do anything about. Very unpleasant place. Shop elsewhere.
