I rang and booked an appointment through the receptionist Alana for Mirena removal. She said the doctor who initially put my Mirena in had left the surgery but that I could book with Dr Preena. The commute time for this appointment is 2 hrs one way for me. I saw the doctor and they do not do Mirena removal and the best he could do was send a referral to Emerald hospital for me. I said I drove for nothing and I've wasted a lot of time to which he kept talking about how valuable his time was without acknowledgement of the time and money it took for me to travel for an unnecessary appointment. I felt as though he only did this referral so that I had to pay for the appointment. Disappointed with the whole experience, which is a shame, because I had nothing but nice things to say about this medical centre 2 years ago when I had the Mirena put in.

The staff at Priority Health were absolutely fantastic! They were very polite at the front desk. The nursing staff were extremely professional. The doctor I saw was very professional and had a great bedside manner.

The team at Priority Health are courteous and welcoming. The doctors are fantastic and reassuring of their patients. Thank you everyone.

Dr Jem made me feel very welcome and at ease with my first consultation with her. I walked out feeling very positive and happy with my decision to change from a previous doctor I’ve had for over 25 years to Doctor Jem. The ladies at the counter were very lovely too. Everything seemed calm and running smoothly with my appointment on time. Looking forward to having Dr Jem as my new doctor.

As an interstate traveller the team went out of their way to get me a prompt appt. I was seen by a very professional Dr who accommodated my needs and went out of his way to fit me in for follow up procedure. How lucky is Emerald to have such wonderful Drs, nurses, admin staff and a facility like this.

Receptionist was prompt in getting me seated.Dr was 1 mins late in a crowded wait room.Dr answered my questions quickly and plausible response.Rebooking was easyHad a good yarn with a family while waiting for the Dr.

As a traveller from NSW. was extremely grateful to be able to see a Dr. straight away.. A huge thank you to Dr Varsani and the girls in Reception.. l was feeling very desperate being so far from home but you were all amazing, caring & professional.. Laraine Howard
