Ordered 2 phone cases and was only sent 1. Have since been given the run around by the owner, Roy, who refuses to return phone calls or emails after initially saying he would send the outstanding item - over 3 months ago.Ridiculous behaviour over a phone case worth about $5. Would hate to have been short changed or wanting a refund on an item that was valuable.

It's a haven't Norman but really small, actually every other Harvey Norman is humongous and this one is normal size.Seems to have everything you would need but they don't have an acre of furniture like dandenong

Came in there looking at a specific dryer, the lovely lady (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name) helped us out straight away! She reassured us that we were making the right decision and helped us out so much! Would definitely recommend going there!
