I got my sewing machine serviced here. It was pretty good but the way the pick ups/drop offs work means you can be without your machine for 2 weeks if you bring it in at the wrong" time. Communication about machine faults goes though the shop staff so it's a little difficult to properly express the weird quirks in the machine and know that the repair person will have a proper idea of the problem.Nice staff though. :)"

The team here are amazing. My mum took her over locker pedal in and the gentleman helped her out with a replacement to improve the quality of her machine. Truly appreciated :)

Quick, excellent repair to my old overlocker. A bit short on the communication so got a bit of a shock with the price. They said they'd message or phone me but didn't.

New owners (Zane) has taken over business from Hugh. I have an old Singer Sewing machine and thought it was unlikely anyone could fix it. However Zane did a fantastic job, got it working again, cleaned and serviced it and fixed all minor things he found as well. Price of repairs was really reasonable - way cheaper than buying a new machine! - and I love my one so very very happy. Also, the machine was ready way ahead of my expectations. Great service, all very friendly and Zane is very knowledgeable. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

My almost 50 year old Bernina had given up the ghost. It has great sentimental value so I took it to the repair shop .What a great job Zainne has done it is running as good as ever. I was only without it for a few days so top marks all round.
