Thankyou Harry for looking after me yesterday after the break in of my garage and the loss of the ever good MS310.I have converted another love but could not justify is as the 310 was just so good.It was great that you put me into a 500i and had the serial number of my 310 at hand.I have been around the traps for many years and commend you on every aspect of how you are collectively running Cannings.I value the relationship and the advise which is ever consistent as experience with you previously when you sold me a HT-135 pole saw.You turned a rotten day into a great day yesterday, amazed how the 500i cuts, very powerful and quick and very impressive when ripping a log vertically.Great deal all round, great care, thankyou Harry.

Helpful staff initially but genuine parts prices are 30% more expensive than other Stihl shops in the area and genuine chain is 50% more expensive. When asked for a more reasonable price staff were very rude. Plenty of other shops around this area without that attitude thanks.

Put 2 chainsaw blades in to be sharpened and got back one the other went missing. There loss as have bought a lot of tools from them for my work plus ongoing stuff . Will change to Honda now . They are bad.

Cannings is the best arborist store in Melbourne . They sell it all and have the best ropes on the floor in boxes . You can tie your knots and feel the rope before you buy .
