Contacted the Corinthian office 3 times to confirm an opening size, yet they supplied different onsite and now the unit is unusable - will be going to the opposition for future door orders now ,thanks for nothing

Warning for anyone who is looking to use their cavity system and doors.If you select 3000 cavity range and install tiles there may be a bowing issue bet you didn't know that?, No info on web site that this system is not suitable for tiled wall and yes didn't know that either?. If you run into problems don't expect any help, you will be simply refered to do your own research on things you didn't expect to fail.Second if door is bowed which happens a lot, as we had to return some they will blame you for not painting/sealing top and bottom of door. So what ever probem you encounter don't expect a solution but be prepared to be out of pocket.

The doors are junk. Purchased 2 x 820 wide for a 1640 opening and each door was bowed at 5 mm in opposite ways. The rebated join is flush at the top and bottom and out in the middle. Absolute trash. Do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere.

Wow, I am so impressed by their service. I called Corinthian this morning as had a issue with my big pivot door, and Graham (sp?) was so amazingly kind and organised for Steven (sp?) to come out and all was rectified in a matter of a few hours of my call. I am so super grateful and will be telling everyone about this amazing experience today. Thank you both so much!! It is not only the quality of your product, but your amazing customer service, long after purchase!

After 2 attempts at having a brand new Corinthian door installed at our new house, the door is still not square. You would think for an item costing more than $2000, they could at least get this right. The incompetence is astounding.Following on from my initial review comment, the door threshold is still unresolved. Corinthian Doors (who installed the door) and the builder are pointing fingers at each other. Not much help to me.Today I noticed that the solid" timber door is not actually solid timber. It is some form of laminate. As you can see from the pictures

Ordered a door. Waited 2 weeks...Told wait one more month...Told wait one more month...Told maybe sometime in December....Dont take the order if you cant fulfil it!
