Highly recommendWe sold and purchased from LJ Hooker Woodville at the same time. Mila and Inma were amazing throughout the whole process. They were always available to help and answer any questions we had. They were available to show buyers through outside of the open times if needed and made me feel comfortable during what can be a very stressful time. We sold before auction after 2 opens. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell.

Excellent, honest serviceWe found Inma to be very friendly and approachable throughout our purchase. She helped us find our new house, but didn’t put any pressure on us. She was very honest - there was nothing fake about Inma. We felt we could trust her, which made the whole experience much easier. In our settlement period she was always helpful arranging communication between us and the vendor. We love our new house!

Professional and courteousJohn was very clear and concise from the beginning, explaining the process and what our options were. He maintained contact with us to provide updates on the sale which we appreciated. Our property sold very quickly which we were pleasantly surprised with and would not hesitate to use John again.

We engaged Phuong to sell our Athol Park home late 2020. At the time we had tenants in the property and it was not looking it’s absolute best. We intended to paint and tidy before putting it on the market. Phuong found our tenants a new home, hooked us up with a very reasonably priced painter and assisted in identifying a good dresser for the house so that when it was photographed it looked it’s very best. We discussed the pricing and while I felt she was being wildly optimistic I trusted Phuong’s advice and priced the house as she recommended. You can imagine my delight when after the first viewing she contacted us to advise that we had an offer - at full asking price! Second viewing and a further offer in the same vein. Our end result was to sell at OVER the asking price which I’d thought was so optimistic. Phuong then put us in contact with a conveyancer and for the first time ever in my property selling experience I had a sale go through without either hitch or delay. I would definitely recommend Phuong to anyone looking to sell a property. Indeed I already have recommended her to friends who used her services with similar results.

Amazing Agent. Will go back anytimeMila is very pleasant and professional person. She gave us a realistic valuation in line with market expectations. Communication flow was excellant and we were kept updated with the developments in a timely manner.

Phuong was quick to reply to our messages or phone calls, and would promptly follow up even after hours. We were looking slowly over several months, however a whole bunch of properties popped up after Covid restrictions eased. We had another auction to go to that weekend, but were keen on the other property as long as the building inspection turned up nothing major.Phuong was able to show us the property again the following day, get the offer forms signed and checked that afternoon, and was in contact with the vendors to have an answer for us by the following morning. She went back to the property to open up for builders to inspect, so by the cooling off period we were satisfied and went ahead with the sale.

This the worst agency I have ever dealt with in my 30 years as a property investor.A few weeks ago one of their agents called me on the back of an appraisal done a long time ago, when I told her I was on the do not call list she proceeded to tell me why it was OK to call me as that is how she did business, when I disagreed with her she hung up on me , I am told by company principal she did not like the way the call was going".On Sunday just passed (12/06/16) I went to view a property in my area

Repeat ClientWe have sold 2 properties with Mila, and each time was a pleasurable and seamless experience. Mila provided an exceptional service with open communication and constantly kept us up to date with feedback received from open inspections and buyer enquires.We have also bought a property from Mila and have experienced what its like to deal with her as a buyer.Mila is our agent of choice and will definitely appoint her services again to sell another property.

I have never dealt with an agent so unprofessional before. I had sent an offer for a property to mila inat via email, she responded according and was told she would get back to me after discussing with the vendor. 2 weeks past and I did not receive one phone call or email discussing the offer. I then continue to email her asking her for a response on the offer. 1 week later still no response. I continued to chase after mila, and was finally told my offer was low for the property nearly 1month after my initially offer. I would have been happy to discuss further price but there was no communication skills with mila what so ever. She continue to say that no email was sent as she would have responded, which is incorrect as I replied to her email on my initial offer, which is present in my sent mailbox. I have dealt with my many agents from purchasing and selling, and I have never seen an agent with customer skills as low as mila. I would not recommend her for selling your property!
