Great service, especially during lockdown. They had masks and followed all the protocols.This was my first time here, and first hair cut in 5 months! I felt very welcome with friendly introductions from both Joseph and Zara. Joseph offered advice on my hair and included a purple shampoo in the price to tone down the yellow ends of my long hair, as I have decided to grow out the highlights of previous years. He made several suggestions and talked me through each part of the long overdue style and cut, but was not pushy or sales oriented when he mentioned products. It is the first time I've been asked to stand up whilst a stylist cut the shape into my run down mop! I was impressed with the cut and the service and will return.

This place is way too salesy, do not go here.During my hair cut, he tried to push me to buy all these hair products and that I had to come back to dye my hair etc.Also, Joseph (the owner?) just made up a price and let me pay $20 more whereas I checked weeks before what the price for a haircut was. There is no price list whatsoever.They try to project ''customer service'', but they're only focused on getting more money out of you.And I agree with the other reviews, he does not listen to you. I asked to leave my hair as long as possible, and I actually feel it's shorter now.

Not very happy with the service or quality of finished hair cut I received.If you don't like what the man produces he will tell you it's beautiful anyway and not listen to anything you have to say.Felt so uncomfortable the whole time, will go somewhere else next time.

I was very happy with the service. They eventually LISTEN, compared to other hair salons, where most of the time I always ended up with something different (and always TOOO short).They are very kind, warm and polite, I felt myself in the centre of care and attention, they have that old-school good manners, what lacks nowadays.I also got good advises, regarding hair colours and style. Thank you.

Rude as. Brought my daughter to an appointment. Left waiting 40 mins. No indication that would be left waiting or how long - could have grabbed a coffee. When I mentioned the delay we were told that's the way it is. Eh - no, it's not - anywhere else you at least get an apology, and an indication that it'll be x long, or a coffee. Not just blatant rudeness.

A man named Joseph did my hair for a funeral and was anything but heartfelt!He cut my hair into layers when i asked 3 times not too, made me take my earrings out told me not to look at or use my phone and had me standing for a majority of the job after letting him know I had a bad back.I was so upset with the result but he kept telling me I was wrong and would not listen to me.Feeling horribly uncomfortable, I asked if I could pay and leave in order for him to cut my friends hair (she had made an appointment but had been waiting for over half an hour) to which i received a rude glare before an erupt demand for what was very much an extremely unreasonable extra sum of money, he said to hand it over if 'I believed he was understaffed'!After loosing it a bit further he ended up pointing me to the door.Never met anyone else like that in my entire life. Staying right away.

Joseph is kind and supportive - a true creative professional. He takes pride in his artistry and is so welcoming that you feel as though you have known him for years.

Worked here for 3 weeks, Joseph the owner was rude, argumentive and extremely unprofessional. No team work, he never listens, never worked for someone so rude in my entire life. Even he doesn't know you have to emulsify hair first before shampooing as shampoo sets the colour and leaves stains if not emulsified first, as i calmly tried to explain this he become extremely aggressive, called me stupid and said i never listen. Him and his salon are a joke! I advise everyone to go their just to see what a joke him and his salon is.

As a regular client of Denardis for 5 years, I've always found Joseph and his team to be friendly, courteous, professional and obliging. They offer advice and suggestions but are never pushy. Clients are made to feel welcome and comfortable, and walk out looking great!

Shocking hairdressers paid 250 for clip in hair extensions biggest rip off ever had its fake hair and they said its human hair which is real went to lighten it never took so it's fake. And when wanted a hair cut the girl said no don't cut it I'm the one getting my hair done kept interfering didn't have a clue about hair very unprofessional. Spoke to the owner how I wasn't happy and he was so rude and argumentative didn't even try to understand I'm not happy it's fake and wouldn't give a refund never go back if there is a problem they should at least listen and help customers first
