Worst 711 I have been to in Melbourne! Avoid this one, they people running it are so dodgy that it became a running joke amongst my friends.- The coffee machine is always out of order or they only have the big cups remaining- The older lady with glasses (whom other people mention in these reviews) is especially rude- eg. I was literally yelled out in front of other customers for the coffee machine running out of milk. The same older lady took the milk that started to fill in a new cup and placed it behind the counter. I got suspicious that she was going to put it back in the machine. After reading other reviews about the same people here, I would not be surprised.- I hope 711 head office inspectors properly review these clowns as today was the last straw for me!

Well stocked. Great pre-made sandwiches, sushi, wraps and hot pies. Always fresh (unlike Coles Express sandwiches that seem well on the way if not actually stale and certainly lack adequate filling).For the price coffee is good.Staff and owners very friendly. Always say hi as you enter. And seems very clean. Always catch them either moping floors or sweeping.Only issue is parking is tight and limited so gets busy fast.Recommend.

Sausage roll was so fu.....g old no date tag hard as f. K .will never buy sausage roll ever again I have bought one everyday I work as 7/11 are everywhere. .but not any more ,one store just lost customer and god knows how many more cop stale food

the store service has been improved alot. went there a few times always find what i wanted, nice $1 coffee and fresh fruit. customer service not too bad. nice location, lots of parking spot, very convenient, store inside is clean and tidy.

The usual lady at the counter had a special price sign next to the wrong sandwiches stating that if I buy any hot drink, I'll be eligible to get the two items for a good deal. I proceeded but upon finishing the purchase, she said I'll need to pay full price as other customers through the day must have switched the sandwiches around. I said that as the owner, you should be more aware of your shop so this issue won't arise. I paid the price that she insisted on but will go elsewhere next time.

Great store, always clean.

The store has been different now. It seemed like it has got a new owner. The store becomes so clean and organized. The staff now become all new and so friendly. There used to be diseaters around coffee machine. Now it has all type of the cups and always filled with fresh milk. I heard from some customers that the new owner is one of the best franchise of seven eleven in Melbourne. It seemed like the peoplle form seven eleven head office had heard our voices and decided to put some effort into this store. Deffinitlety worth coming again.
