First Place Building Company

3rd class builder. They do not even deserve single star. They built house and they have used everything 3rd class cheap metarial.No body is responsible for any thing.I would really advice pay bit extra but always go for good builder.First place is just 3rd class builder they do not care about anything just they are good sending you invoice on time. Even after more than a year they could not complete small house.They are just horrible. Please do not attract to their cheap price and big sign boards advertisement on freeway etc. They are just really horrible. Their sales rep are nice and will show you good quality stuff in display home do not think you gonna get same.

My mother is in the process to build her house with First-Place Building P/L and so far Jess has been absolutely brilliant to work with.At the beginning, Jess came out with an affordable house & Land package but the land was a problem. She couldn’t find a suitable land for the package.After a few weeks, my mom was nearly to give up and suddenly she called us to give us a good news that she has found a land.Jess is helpful, efficient and always go above and beyond.

Jason is a wonderful sales consultant, got us on board! Helped us with everything even after contract was signed and building had commenced.If you're building with first place make sure you're staying ontop of what's been done and when. Communication could be ALOT better (AHB).

I build houses often with builder's. Everyone is challenging but these one's are next level in simple things. I am not sure why a single change of wall will take 3 weeks to draw and if it's wrong then a other 3 weeks plus draftie fee not discussed before.

We have decided to go with this builder after their Sales Rep told us that they have building slots available and there would be no delays in construction on the project. Now, the site work is stalled and they make excuses that we don't have Tradesmen for the work. And surprisingly whenever we ask for timeline for completion they won't give any timeline.Dont don't build with them.

Its been over a year when they started building our house and almost 1.5 yrs ago we signed contract with them. House is still not completed. We had a private inspections. Whatever inspector and us picked defects which need to repair or replace quickly they never did it on time and try to be smart by saying that this normal.They are looking for money only and they do not care about quality of finishing of the house and construction duration.They are delaying more than a year and still do not know when they will finish it. They actually want me to pay first and they said we will do finishing later.But I can not trust on them any more they just dragging it again n again. They do not have enough good tradies and knowledge so that they can get job done nicely.Just because of building with them construction cost us extra $15000 so they not are cheap as you will be paying extra interest over the longer building period. Go for any good builder and never think about AHB group or First place builder where they will be first only Not you.They have ruined our all financial planning.

I am appalled and horrific with the non-responsive nature of this company to my constant queries, reminders and calls. I have not been given any timeline of the work completion or any sort of an update on the status of the progress by your company. It has taken nearly one year still not completed.My next door house started the construction after 02 months of mine. It is fully completed.Really really disappointed never recommend this company

This is a builder who understand and provides what you need.Our first home (Dream Home) is in the process of getting built by First – Place. First off, let me start by appreciating fantastic and outstanding job Sagar Arora has done. Sagar went above and beyond and found a land for us (at a time when there were literally no good lands available) which meets our need and location requirement. Not only that Sagar ensured that we got the best price for the land but provided the best inclusions in the construction quote. We then signed a comprehensive building contract with First Place. We are getting what we wanted with many upgrades added at affordable price.Then the job was passed onto Sarah Semmens from pre-construction team. She was very knowledgeable and expedited our built process by organising final working drawing and necessary permits in record time and within days our job was already on site.Fence came up pretty quickly and that's when we were introduced to Guy Aldrich (Site Manager) who is an absolute legend. He has been spot-on and providing us with real time updates. Not only are the updates received from him an accurate but he also helped us understand many complicated things around building process. We recently had an onsite meeting with Guy and we were impressed by his level of knowledge and patience and exceptional client handling skills.Overall experience so far has been outstanding. Definitely would build a second home with First Place and would recommend my known contacts as well. My advice for any new home owner would be to go with First Place as they provide a promising commitment to giving the highest level of service and so far have fulfilled it.

Should be called last place not first, warning!!! Run run run do not use these builders. From the moment we began it was sold as a click and collect service in choosing things. We chose and we not given what asked. From the poor communication to the ever changing staff it was a nightmare!!!!!!! Once we moved in was also nothing but more problems, 6 months to get a painter in to paint etc.. when we moved in we had mice coming in from the garage as they didn't put a proper weather seal on the door. Definantly not the star rating as promised as you could see gaps in front door also. Driveway colour faded after 3 months, no tv antenna!!! The list goes on.Stay away from these dodgy builders trust me. As hopeless as a used toe rag! They deserve zero stars, they should stay on top of all workers and staff, no excuse for anything that they put us through.
