Absolutely unacceptable customer service, where we were neither greeted nor offered any assistance. The staff was busy chatting in Chinese, ignoring the customers. The choice was poor and even displayed tiles had cracks on them. Disappointing experience.

Terrible, bought tiles here and found out that the color did not match. However, they did not allow me to swap or return even they are still in the box as purchased conditions.

Worst customer service possible. The two guys at the counter didnt even bother to get up out of their seats to help. Asked them about their colour range.. all they said is we dont have it" and went back to eating..They lost $3000 worth of business."
