Pharmacy 4 Less Chester Hill

I am making a formal complaint against your Chester Hill store. This is due to the poor customer service that I encountered on 2 April 2022 at approximately 12 pm. I was served by a woman named Houda and she refused with the authorisation of the pharmacist in charge to price match Sudocream for my newborn and said we only price match with chemist warehouse. If this is the case and you only price match with chemist warehouse then I am going to make a formal complaint to fair trading as that is misleading and deceptive conduct. Otherwise I would like the Sudocream sent to my address free of charge as you have wasted my time to visit your store and pose false expectations of price matching.

The pharmacy says that they match prices yet they wouldn’t even honour a price on their OWN website saying that the pharmacies are individually owned and the online store is a completely separate store to them. I don’t understand how a store won’t even honour their own online prices when it clearly stated available online AND in store. Just rip offs really so no I don’t recommend.

I want to give a great big thankyou to Nass, the new owner and Pharmacist and Chester Hill Pharmacy. Since coming from interstate to assist my elderly father after my Mother passed away, Nass has been extremely helpful. Always friendly and polite, she has gone above and beyond every time we go there for assistance. She packed and repacked Webster packs for me 3 times as the doctors were changing my Fathers prescriptions. I offered to pay for her time but she just did it without hesitation for no charge. It's hard to find such dedicated service these days. Nass I wish you all the best and success with your business, Regards Jeff

If you are going to advertise to the public that you open at 8am than actually open at 8am.. been waiting over 30 minutes now

Couldn’t thank you enough for the wonderful service and care you show your customers. My mum recently suffered a medical episode while in their store. The care and attention they showed my mum was beyond compassionate. They rendered assistance monitoring vitals and until she was well enough to go home.
