Will not recommend anyone build with this company. We have had non stop issues since we moved in 4.5 months ago, including carpet being laid on unfinished flooring on 2nd level (meaning we had to have all of our furniture removed so they could pull it all up and start again - there were literally rocks and dips under the carpet!), electrical issues throughout.. We've had the longest list of issues with our new home including dodgy paint jobs in several rooms - downlights put in with holes in the ceiling beside them, things from our contract completely missing from our home including light fittings, PowerPoints, electrical provisions (lucky we checked!!), unfinished stone servery benchtops, kitchen cupboards silicone-closed and more. Shocking. Everything has obviously been rushed and there's zero care factor from their workers. Definitely no quality checks happened here. Extremely disappointed.Edit 29/5/23 - in response to your reply, Bradford Homes, it took two years from signing (I wouldn't say a 'shortened timeframe') and it was the timeframe set by the site supervisor - not us.

Very poor experience. We were quoted $630k for our custom home build initially. After waiting over 5 months for Bradford Homes to come back with final pricing (and us chasing them up in this timeframe many, many times) the pricing came back $100k more! Well out of our budget which was clearly discussed initially and promised the price would be not far off our original quote. There goes $7k down the drain and 5 months wasted. Do not waste your time with Bradford Homes, I wish we didn't!

We have just received the keys a week ago on our Bradford built home.From day one we were impressed with the way Bradford focus on customer satisfaction. Our original contact at Bradford, Neil was knowledgeable, passionate about the company (he built with them), and was genuinely interested and excited in learning more about our plans and brief.The very first concept the Bradford architect came up with blew-us away and it was obvious they had considered the practicalities of our families needs and wants.The admin and selection teams also had some great ideas we hadn't considered that added to the functionality and aesthetics.During the build, our Project Manager Lyndon was always knowledgeable, friendly and accessible. He was always keen to show us details in workmanship that other builders don't require from their trades, which impressed us. He also dealt with some potentially awkward situations with neighbours on our behalf, seemingly with ease. We always felt welcome on site and also found all of the trades Bradford hired to be friendly and happy to talk with you about their work etc.Lyndon went out of his way to ensure a high quality product, even if it went beyond plans. For example, down one side of the home we had one storm water drain in the engineering plans. However on site, Lyndon observed it would be better to over-engineer and have two drains and made the decision to add a drain, something I would have never had spotted or noticed.In the month we have been living here, we have already had three or four passers-by comment that they love the looks of the home from the street, which we will never get tired of hearing.I would say we were fussy customers not only in our requests but also in terms of negotiating price, and Bradford were always friendly, fair and transparent in their dealings with us.We have dealt with other builders in the past, Bradford are by far the highest quality build, best aesthetics and best customer service.Highly recommended.

We recently had handover of our new home. The quality is exceptional and we feel so fortunate to have had such a smooth build process, we made the right choice with selecting Bradford's to build our forever family home. Great communication and quality from the Bradford's team. We are so happy, thank you!

Outstanding Finished Result!Started our journey with Bradford homes just before covid crazy's hit.We absolutely love our house, the design, selections and construction process was well thought out and beautifully finished.Although we finished in early 2022 which was a bit later than we expected, it was all worth the wait. Being a part of construction, seeing massive delays and shortages it was completely understandable. The end result was beyond amazing.

Poor customer service when making enquiries. This is with 3 separate instances (2 via phone, 1 via text). Behave in a audacious manner with no sense of friendliness. Cannot begin to imagine how customer service would be should you have an issue if building with them.

We used Bradford to build a new home, being our design, completed August 2020. Whilst we found the initial planning particularly confusing, the build, with the exception of the brickwork, exceptional. The initial planning conducted by the salesperson was particularly hard to follow due to the software employed in the process. It was difficult to work out what you had included, how much you paid & the description of inclusions found wanting. These issues were overcome but made us apprehensive about the build.We need not have worried, we were blessed with Nick Zammit as our building supervisor. His availability was amazing, if he didn’t answer your call, he got back to you within 5 minutes every time. He was readily available for site visits. The brickwork had reason for concern but Nick ensured this was remedied by making alternative arrangements with in-house trades. Apart from this hiccup Nick kept the job well & truely moving, being completed ahead of the expected completion timeline & to a high standard. He was prepared to help in any way possible, even referring trades for our areas of responsibility. It was a pleasure dealing with this group & particularly Nick, but you need a strong attention to detail in the planning stages. Nick personally deserves 5 stars.

Floorplans are a testament to the talent and direction of this company.
