MJ Ferguson installed our laundry for us and nothing was too much trouble. They worked with me on the design and everything was done in a timely and professional manner. It’s a small area yet we managed to fit everything in and it to still look smart and clean. I’m so pleased with my laundry and I’ll certainly be recommending them to our friends.

Poor experience with this company. I hired this company to install a shade sail over the back of a property with clear instructions to cover the rear wall of the house to reduce heat in the house when hit by direct sunlight. The company erected a small pre-packaged shade sail over the garden with no shade cast over the house as requested, ignoring my original instructions for the job. To make it worse, the job was over $3k which is appalling for the installation of a pre-packaged sail which was small in size - completely disproportionate cost for the work done. My concerns were shared with the company immediately after the installation that the scope of work was not complete and that the sail was installed in the wrong position, however the company was only interested in chasing for their payment and did not attempt to offer any remedy. Overall I feel ripped off and very disappointed - I would not recommend to others and will be removing this company from my panel which works on my rental properties (encouraging my agent to also do the same for their company).

M J Ferguson builders lack ability to organise anything more then their own bank balence, they do that well by ripping off customers.The trades men used do good workBut Fergusons couldnt organise a kids breakfast. They have no organisation skills, & don't listen to customers....+ don't stick to time constraints within contract...I would not recomment them to anyone we felt ripped off & disapointed with how they organised the work
