Lied about stock. I called, then drove there only to be told the staff said Yes but actually meant Not Available, and there was a similar car $4k more expensive and different color. Avoid this place unless you want to be treated like dirt

Mum purchased Kia Rio in June 2022 and at the handover the salesman (Rob) backed it into a desk inside the showroom and made a hole in rear bumper. They promised to organize repairs to be completed ASAP and also promised a gift (boot mat and a shirt). 2 months later after no contact from Kia Northside we started following up with them and eventually reached out to Kia Australia regarding the issue. After that the dealership organized repairs at a workshop which happened in November 2022 (4 months after the car was damaged). The works were completed poorly and now have to be redone. A lot of time was wasted on constant following up and visits to the workshop.Still to date, can’t reach the dealership and also the promised gift was never sent to mum.

We recently bought a Khia Sportage GT (top of the range) and traded our previous car. We found our sales person John Stanton highly efficient, truthful and honest. Our experience was five star and we highly recommend Northside Khia. The Khia Sportage is the best vehicle we have ever driven.
