I was shopping at Coles kangaroo Flat late Thursday morning, was at the self serve check out & wasn't feeling well, l paid for my groceries and left, it wasn't until I got home 45 minutes away that I realized that I had left a a bag behind at least $60 worth. I rang & in the hope that someone found it & yes the wonderful & friendly staff member who was at the Self Serve area found it & put it aside for me to pick up the next day. Thank you all for your kind service.

I'm in a wheelchair and couldn't get to frozen vegetables as there was 3 trolleys blocking access not for the first time has happened before worst store in Bendigo for disability access ♿

People don't shop here as the Manager is stopping people for taking there own shopping trolley into the store so they can do there shopping what gives them the rights and not only that I saw someone in a wheelchair to get some food the Staff member blocked there way by putting 3 Trolleys in front of them so they couldn't go passed then the staff member just Walked off it was like they didn't care

Drink aisle never stocked, new baskets are too big!!.. what was wrong with the old ones!! Stop changing things!! I notice lots of stock is no longer sold here too.. just more coles brand.. staff are helpful enough.

Great place to shop, although one deli worker always seems to be in a bad mood. No smile, bad attitude, slamming case doors, shoving packaged products towards us, getting the weight of products that we asked for wrong and not asking if it’s still all good, just packaging it anyways.The rest of the team are lovely though!
