Grant and his team were great. Great communication and told us exactly what was going to happen - friendly service. This job included going over some existing concrete and they managed to get all the falls right. Nil problems in the rain and everything goes to where it should. Quality work and would definitely recommend!

We couldn't fault Grant's work and the other trades he used. Found through word of mouth via a neighbour. He considered our small job of 30m2 which some other competitors wouldn't even quote and came in best value. He didn't try to upsell. We had an electric gate track to cross with the excavator and he ensured it wasn't harmed in the process. Highly recommend.

Grants quoting detail is impeccable and provides initial confidence in his business but that is where it ends. I requested him to look at an issue I had after a job he had completed to see if he was able to do anything to rectify. His response was inappropriate and he advised me that he was now unable to do the second job that had been scheduled for the next day due to other commitments (this was the second time he had cancelled) He advised me that now he cannot do the job until after Christmas and suggested I find someone else to do the job or wait till February when he gets back from leave. Because of this cancellation I am now unable to find someone to do the job until the new year. Inappropriate customer service from this contractor causing further stress to me and my family in an already stressful situation. I will not use or recommend Grant Galloway for any future work.

I highly recommend Grant and Annette. Both great communicators and Grant knows how to complete a project with no fuss thanks to his extensive experience. Grant recently completed a driveway/basketball court combo for us and we couldn’t be happier with how the whole project went. Thanks guys!

I cannot speak highly enough of the Grant and Annette they were so extremely helpful and accomodating throughout the entire process with our driveway.
