Hi,I just want to say how fantastic Kylie at the Revlon counter in Myer Garden City, Perth Western Australia was.Not only did she help me with finding the PERFECT make-up for my wedding but she was passionate, patience, knowledgeable, super friendly & her idea's were fantastic.She took here time to really listen to my needs & had the best solution's & products for me to use & how to use them correctlyI've been back twice now & both times i have delt with Kylie have been brilliant.Because of this incredible interaction i will be moving from my usual cosmetic brand to Revlon.I can't speak highly enough of her & my experience

We always like coming to this shopping centre.It's well laid out with attractive arcades. Parking is not a problem and it's not as 'frantic' as Karrinyup or Joondalup.

I had a really good experience today at the mac counter in Myer thanks to Alana-Marie who served me. Not only was she very easy to talk to but she also took the time to colour match me & did an awesome job at upselling the products - so much so that I bought an extra item that I had not intended to. She is definitely an asset to the team there! :)

Was looking for a Dyson Vacuum and the staff was friendly and insightful on the range and what would best suit me. Unfortunately they didn't have stock but they spent the time search and offered a quick order and collect option.

I had to return some boys clothes as not the right size. Lost the docket. The sales assistant told me about the Myer one apt and how your dockets are stored there. No more lost dockets. Fantastic

Went shopping at Cue & Veronika Maine a couple weeks ago to find a nice gift for my partner.Couldnt have been more pleased with the service i received from Jill. Incredibly pleasant to deal with and helped me find a lovely dress that my partner adored!! Thanks for winning me the brownie points Jill, you're an absolute star.....5 Stars even!!

I shopped at the Myer Booragoon on 13 February, 2023, in the lingerie department. The young female assistant who served me was not very helpful and very terse. She did not show or guide me to any products. I also was charged the incorrect price on one of the garments. I went back to the counter to show the assistant, who very tersley said, you will have to wait in line , other people were before you. when she finally served me, she said the prices had gone up, even though the tag showed a lower price. I said you need to honour the tag price. she was very reluctant, but then agreed. When i checked my docket on arriving home, the young assistant had actually debited the amount instead of refunding it.
