The staff ignored me when I walked around looking for some items. I had to get the attention of a male staff member, who appeared to be disinterested in assisting me. I then paid for the items which were very small and he plonked them on the counter and walked away. No “thankyou” or “have a nice day”’ or “would you like a bag to put those in?” I’ve had similar experiences here before. I’m at a loss to understand how this store gets so many 5 star ratings. 5 stars is going above and beyond, and that has never been my experience here. I’ll go somewhere else next time. Or order online.

My laptop charger blew up and was a week at least to get one through the channels.Ended up calling Jaycar in Midland and they had me sorted in minutes with an alternative power source.Great customer service from Ryan who made sure everything was ok before I left the store

After a terrible experience at Supercheap Autos was referred to Jaycar. The service was like night and day, Andre was super helpful with my request for information re fitting a Anderson socket. Would go back in a heartbeat.

IMO - staff will go above and beyond" to help out...I Don't want to go into too much detail (as it may embarrass myself in process) ...Recently lost my CC while visiting store... Staff even helped me search in carpark + nearby stores ... Goes to show how much kindness/support they offer.In end - it was my own stuffup

This team is insanely helpful and so knowledgeable. They have the answers to all your daunting questions right from a beginners level, and will explain everything happily to you in as much detail as you need. Brayden is the 12V king.

Jaycars is an electronics buffs dream store. Everything for home brew electronics, Raspberry Pi, DJ equipment and software on. Prices are fair and they had a club which gives you a $ discount on future purchases etc. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They also sometimes have workshops for adults and kids. Highy recommended!

I've been here many times and have found it to be a great store. This time I wanted to build a small circuit board, and they were super helpful. They helped me choose the items and explain the circuit with diagrams.Fantastic staff.
