Great setting for a tennis court. They have 4 synthentic grass courts of good quality. Easy to book and play

No bad, but not great either. Too much sand and leaf. And everytime i go someone else is using the Court I booked.

I'm not a regular tennis player but I often used to pass by Turner Tennis Club during an afternoon jog.This was back in 2013, the year I first moved to Canberra. I'd break up each workday with a jog after lunch. I probably jogged too much, but that's another story.One day I was passing by the tennis courts and I noticed that somebody had left behind a bag. I looked around to see if the owner was present, but I couldn't see anybody. So I strolled up to the bag and what do I see inside? Brick upon brick of what could only be drugs. Clearly there was some sort of illegal operation going on.I wasn't sure what to do, but I decide to just leave it there and carry on with my jog. It's one thing to go through a bag of tennis gear, it's another thing altogether to get caught up in a racket.

We love Turner Tennis Club. There is so much history in this proud club and we hope it continues to serve the local community. Coaching on Tuesdays are too much fun and we are looking forward to seeing more players join the club this Summer!!
