Overall an unpleasant and rude customer experience. Lack of organisation where they encourage DFO staff to jump the queue and serve coffee ahead of paying customers.One of the mature staffers show little patience and sensitivity to young families abruptly telling off children for walking around in a near-empty seating service.

The service I have received here among the years that I’ve visited dfo is honestly the best. I’m not just saying this, but I personally use to stop off before work just to get coffee here. I’m now moving and just wanted to thank the girls who work here for their incredible customer service, the yummy cookies and AMAZING coffee. No one has been able to top them in my books. So THANK YOU for all your hard work and efforts.

Worst customer service ever experienced. We used to buy bags of cookies from there everytime we visited DFO. Never again. There were 3 staff standing stuffing themselves with food. Asked if we can have a bootle of milk heated for 30secs to feed our 3 year old who was distressed from being hungry and won’t drink cold milk. Reply ‘No can’t do that’. We said the microwave in parents room is not working. Reply ‘Not my problem’. And all this while 3 staff members with Zero customers. We were planning to have coffee and something to eat while our daughter had her bottle but they were lucky we just walked away without saying much, catch-us again another time with the at kind of rudeness. Our daughter is 3 years old and every cafe has always helped us out, not once turned away but don’t count on these people. Will never go there again and wouldn’t recommend. Teach your staff some manners, clearly they never have been taught how to simply talk to people, let alone any customer service skills. Disgusting!!!

Lovely people, coffee, cookies, and more! Staff is always super friendly to me and even remember my order because I'm there so often! The Chai latte and almond croissant are my favourite. The latest addition of oat milk is a lovely bonus!Can't say anything but positive things. Keep up the good work!I'll see you later today :)

The cookies are really small for the price I got the 3 and get 1 free for $8.95 They were no joke just a little larger than an Oreo. I use to have these cookies all the time and they use to be the size or a subway cookie.
