I was a golfer for 10 yrs starting at the age of 49.. My doctor said I'd have to have a hip replacement before I was 60 if I kept playing.. so for 14 yrs I have not played golf suffering with hip n groin pain.. Now this is amazing as visiting Alex for one remedial massage I have had no pain an moving with so much more freedom is just a miracle, plus no hip replacement!.. Thanks Alex you are a miracle worker..

Alex has been treating me for a glute and upper leg problem. After each treatment I have less pain and more movement which is such a relief. I will continue to have treatments as ongoing maintenance of the condition. I thoroughly recommend the Little Bay Clinic for its dedication, knowledge and care.

After just moving to the area ,I had an appointment with Alex last week after hurting my back .She was quick to return my call and schedule me in.I find Alex very professional and she has helped me bounce back from the injury .I can’t thank her enough .I highly recommend her :)
