Amaznails

I’ve been to this place three times since opening but the third was the last because these two young ladies who are employees completely ruined my experience with this salon.Given I had a good experience with the owners these ladies absolutely shocked me. I’ve never received such poor treatment like that! the girls acted like we were an inconvenience to them because we walked into the salon. She was very rough and my fingers were in pain, I asked her politely to be more gentle with the tools at least THREE times. I left the store with Crooked nails and cut fingers.I hope the owners get rid of these girls because they completely destroyed the reputation of what could have been a great salon.

By far the worst manicure I have ever had. Salon was dirty, treatment was rushed, polish is messy, unfinished and all over my fingers. Will never return

Got a lovely set of gel nails done 2weeks ago. They have lasted so well. I will be there again in next few days. Thanks for fitting me in.

Treated myself to a manicure and pedicure today. I received a beautiful french nail with a coulpe of floral accents.Nothing was too much trouble for the staff even when it suddenly got busy.

My favourite nail salon, it's been a while since I got my nails done but went in yesterday and received great customer service. The staff are lovely and make sure to take care of my nails instead of rushing.Thank you Amaznails!

Very inconsistent. First time the SNS applied too thinly (2 coats opposed to 3). Next time good, third and fourth time the tech was too rough and cut my skin, Then 2 nails chipped within a few days.It’s been a different tech each time which suggests maybe more training is required.

Had a set of acrylics done here yesterday and couldn't be happier with them! Megan and another lady were super gentle, friendly and took their time to make sure my nails came out perfect. Will be coming back again!

Have had my nails done here every fortnight for the longest time. I absolutely love the ladies. So fast, so good and the show they have playing on YouTube is my fav ! Love them.Jess!

I just got ripped off and paid $25 to get my acrylics removed… not only was it painful they left my nails cracked (it looks like I ripped them off myself) and they didn’t even clean it up or make it look presentable… Usually if I get my acrylics removed at other places they will paint with normal colour or at least leave it looking clean! Never coming here again!!!

I have been there doing my nails for Christmas and I was impressed! Very great service with professional staff! Will come back for more
