BEWARE!!!!Booked, paid upfront. Took the morning off work. 2 mins prior to scheduled time called and cancelled. Asked for a refund. Drain Man refusing to refund $500( upfront cost) stating non/ refundable policy. I can’t cancel. But they can???? Steer clear
