Gavin was great, he communicated well and gave me confidence the replacement cable would have a short turnaround which it did (sent Monday returned Thursday in the same week). Seen their ad on face book and kept them in mind when my cable broke on one of my machines, they were very easy to deal with and they informed me of what I had to do, sent them a picture of the ends and the size of the cable and it was delivered in about 3 days very quick and exactly what I needed and of a high quality
