You get kicked out for reporting an accident which happened in store.The staff who refused to serve me when I complained about a safety issue/ an accident where I had a 2 litre cask fall on my shoulder. Luckily I was not injured badly. The so called manager explained that she might have panicked. Luckily I got busy and didn't follow through with a lawsuit. This staff still works here who clearly does not deserve to be in customer service.

Customer service was poor. I was spoken down to, felt judged and staff didn't even give me a receipt for my purchases. Location is convenient and selection is reasonable.

I wouldn’t even put one starI bought a bottle of Chivas regal blue $108 and the lady was very rude and I asked her to give me or put the bottle on the bag and she said it doesn’t fit and then I asked her again and she refuse and then when I took the bag and I put the bottle in it does fit properly so I ask whyshe said she gave me the bag and I don’t know what’s the reason she didn’t put the bottle in a baghow can I carry a bottle of alcohol without a bag and I spent $108 today at 4 pm very rude lady and she shouldn’t work there Give me a receipt even

Funny experience to walk into this store. Almost all liquor bottles on locked cabinets.(Not only the expensive ones) So you have to tell the cashier to unlock its to get anything.If shops that much careful about steeling then I don't know think this is the place to go go for shopping.
