Genuinely the worst service I've ever experienced. This is a prime example of quantity over quality. Around a dozen employees at 5pm before the dinner rush all standing around looking bored and like they couldn't care less about their jobs. Made eye contact with half of them and stood at the counter for almost five minutes before anyone bothered to come serve us. I don't have anything against non-native English speakers, but talking to the server was like pulling my own hair out. I ordered three tacos with sour cream and no Spicy sauce. Said it clear as day. She didn't seem to understand and was looking to her coworkers behind her for help, but they stood and laughed at her. Finished the order, it was $30 for three pathetic little tacos in a large meal. Got the order after about 5 minutes (only redeeming quality) and it had no Onions, no tomatoes, a tiny drizzle of sour cream (we paid extra for it) and Spicy sauce on all three. Could barely enjoy it or eat it for that matter. I'd rather go to Zambreros for a burrito that costs half the price and tastes infinitely better. I feel bad for the company, the customer service makes it an experience not to come back to. This comes from a hospitality worker.

Good food as always, but the location is a bit of a pain. Two entrances to the parking lot and only one exit :/ The drive-through is really tight and have already seen people hit their front bumpers on the metal barriers and scrape their rims on the curbs. Be careful!

I've been to this new GYG twice and both times have been disappointing.First time I ordered a mushroom burrito with guacamole and sour cream. The sour cream was forgotten and the guacamole was at the bottom of the burrito. Over half of the burrito was just white rice with no filling. Whaaaat??Second time I ordered regular mushroom nachos with extra sour cream. The order came in the regular nacho size box, however inside, the meal was cut half in size.. with a small drizzle of sour cream (like the last remnants left in the bottle).I can't be wasting my money here any longer. Very disappointing.

I ordered a cali burrito from here and it was genuinely terrible. My first bite was just habanero salsa, which must of been in fridge as it was very cold. Things did not improve after that, there was no ingredient distribution, as every bite was just all of one ingredient. Would get all meat one bite, all cheese the next, just guacamole the next. The only ingredients that would get together sometimes was chips and meat around the middle of the burrito and if lucky might get a piece of tomato from the pico. I was shocked at how bad it had been made and adding insult to injury the meat was burnt and the chips were cold and soggy. The worst burrito I have ever had. My partner got a burrito bowl and it was shockingly small, it literally had 4 small pieces of meat, it was about half the size of bowls we have got from Nerang GYG. I doubt I’ll go back even though it is much closer to my place than Nerang.

Been eating Guzman for years and have never been disappointed. I’ve ate at this location 3 times and every single time I was literally disgusted with the service and food. Literally no chips come in your cup, it’s all cold/warm soggy chips that seem like the bottom of the chip packet, they’re all small and not bigger than like 4cm. Not to mention the fact they come with literally no seasoning on it at all, to compensate I’ve asked for extra seasoning every time I go here and make sure at the window they know I asked for extra seasoning and it never comes, the chips are basically white. 2 out of 3 times I’ve picked up my burrito it has completely fallen to pieces. And every single time I ordered a meal with a drink the drink was literally warm when handed to me. Save your money and drive to the Burleigh location for edible food.

spent $30 ready to have some good guzman, ordered a hot chip bowl all i asked for was no salsa. I got a tortilla chip bowl with salsa on it didn’t even eat the bowl. Third time it has happened… wont be going back to that guzman again

Don't Go there until they fix up their issues. I ordered via Doordash - order took 1 hr and I live 7 minutes away. Jason from door dash kindly sent me a text to say they only started the order after he arrived to pick it up. When he delivered he said that the staff are 'all trainees'. The food was cold ... ordered a churro sundae with chocolate but didn't get any churros and the sauce was the dulce de leche. I just checked out the reviews and wish I had done that before I decided to try them tonight for our family dinner! Very disappointing and I would suggest that if the experience from local customers when the business has 'launched' is so poor ... not much point employing more experienced staff (or even a manager!) because I personally won't be a returning customer and I certainly will be passing on my experience to my immediate family and friends who also live in the area. A real shame as it is a perfect spot but that's what happens when you cut corners on staffing and in store management.

Ahh forgot to add a fork with my food. Guess I’ll have to use my fingers.Please try harder, I know you’re a new store. But still, had to give the 1 star because you really need to train the staff. I’ve had orders messed up before I let it slide for new store, but this was the fork that broke the camels back.Improve your service and attention to detail and I’ll reevaluate the rating.
