Very disappointed second time they have stuffed up our orders and half of what we ordered missing and not toasted I do not recommend ordering online at all….not even a smile from the workers very poor communication

As a regular and a local, the customer service is appalling every single time. The manager has nothing but attitude on her while the junior staff were stressed and struggling and she stood at the counter with nothing but attitude. My favourite part was when she forgot my drink and asked why I was still waiting at the counter and snapped at me when she had to pass it to me lmao. Every time I go the manager is so rude and huffy. Needs some people skills training

Lady was Very disrespectful, rude and ignorant, didn’t assist younger staff member properly after you could tell he was a bit stressed out and left all by himself, slammed lids on the ingredients when order Was finished and was rude at checkout, order wasn’t made correctly or to request, was told no 3 times and they couldn’t heat up the meatballs it was still an hr to close definitely wouldn’t recommend getting served by this lady

What kind of establishment that serves food and drinks doesn't have a public toilet available for its customers?And why was a treated so bad just for needing to use the toilet? Am i disgusting your staff?I would never spend money at subway again!
